Friday, June 10
Arrive into New Orleans (transportation will be provided from airport to hotel)
5:00 pm: Happy Hour at Hotel
7:00 pm: Dinner at Mulate's, 201 Julia Street, New Orleans, LA 70130

‍Saturday, June 11
7:00 am – 10:00 am: Breakfast buffet in our hotel - Holbrook Room.
Explore on your own - WoodRiver will be providing a Go City Day Pass for several activities in New Orleans.
4:30 pm: Happy Hour* at Rue Bourbon, 238 Bourbon Street
7:00 pm: Dinner at Antoine’s Restaurant*. We will walk to dinner together from our happy hour.

‍Sunday, June 12
7:00 am – 11:00 am: Breakfast buffet in our hospitality suite.
Travel Home (transportation will be provided from hotel to airport)

* Dress Code: Business Casual – Collared shirts are required for gentleman, jackets preferred. Please be on time so that you don’t miss out on anything.

Hospitality Suite

We have are our own hospitality suite (the Holbrook Room) at the hotel. Breakfast will be served here. There will also be drinks and snacks available throughout the day.

Uber Codes

Ubers will be provided to and from the airport in New Orleans (Louis Armstrong International Airport). An Uber link is provided for this voucher. This is to be used by one person per pair. The voucher is good for two rides over our weekend.

A New Orleans GO City Day Pass has been purchased for you. It is valid for June 11. Your pass(s) and instructions were emailed to you. Please note that some attractions require reservations.

The New Orleans Streetcar is an easy way to navigate your way through the Crescent City. WoodRiver will be supplying everyone with a day pass for the street car upon arrival. The pass is good Friday Saturday.
