Job Title: Marketing Service Coordinator 
Reports To: Marketing Manager 
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Date: March 25, 2022

Job Summary: This position will be primarily responsible for assisting our sales and marketing team with identifying sales leads, organizing and managing logistics for a variety of marketing programs and communicating with key stakeholders on various marketing initiatives. 

Supervisory Responsibilities:
• None.

Essential Duties (not limited to):
• Assist sales development efforts by performing market research, initiating a variety of lead generation tactics and coordinating marketing campaigns
• Communicate WoodRiver’s value and product offering to prospects to grow the sales pipeline
• Provide support to Sales Team on proposal creations, open enrollment campaigns, and CRM data entry/reports
• Provide support to Marketing Team by completing tactical elements of teams marketing programs, events, and projects
• Complete special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
• College degree in business, communications, or marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years of marketing, customer service, or sales experience preferred 
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills 
• Able to facilitate, coordinate and communicate effectively to ensure high quality and timely execution of projects and customer requests 
•  Must be computer literate and able to effectively use Microsoft Office as well as email, web, and other applications 

Language Ability
Strong command of English both written and verbal. Ability to speak effectively with customers and employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Cognitive Demands
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to identify problems, root cause, and resolution.

Compter Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of cloud based CRM software and other web-based software programs, Microsoft Office including Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel.
